Lithuania and the US Partner to Measure Radionuclide Backgrounds 2021.02.19
![]() The Ministry of National Defence and the U.S. Department of Defence have started cooperation in the field of radiological environmental monitoring. Transportable monitoring equipment have been delivered to the General Silvestras Žukauskas Training Area of the Lithuanian Armed Forces in Pabradė earlier this month. Once installed, it will be used to measure changes in the levels of radionuclide background in the atmosphere. |

![]() Key priorities of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania for cyber security are the following: to ensure effectively cyber security of critical information resources managers, to strengthen the resilience of cyberspace, to prevent the spread of technologies from unreliable manufacturers, and to complete the consolidation of national cyber capabilities.
